As far as guitar clean boosts go, the Katana is KING TONE.

 Looper
This is an incredibly small true-bypass looper box from Keeley
Electronics! This little wonder is only 1.5 inches wide and 3 2/3
inches long. This will fit in the tightest of pedal boards and
offer you a dramatic improvement in tone. Connect any effect to
this unit that is "old
school" and not true-bypass. In particular Vintage wahs, echoes,
phasers, fuzz face type pedals, etc., or even new effects that
might have a weak bypass system. These elderly effects rob tone
when they are off. Now You can make them truly bypassed when off
with this little box. Works with or without power. When you add
a DC supply to this unit the two LED let you know if the loop is
active or not. BLUE LED indicates your signal is passing through
the vintage effect, RED LED indicates true-bypass. STOP TONE DRAIN!

 Boss Blues Driver Mod
The BD-2 Phat Mod is Transparent Overdrive with Full Range sound.
For tone-purists, this is it! It's not simply a distortion pedal
but rather a tone tool that adds to your guitar tone, supplying really
nice lows, crystal clear high frequency, great picking response and
detail. For those wanting to set their amp on fire but not change
the tone of their system, this is the pedal.
The BD-2 is not the same as a TS9 pedal. It has a more FULL-RANGE

 TS808 Mod
The new TS808 offers a vintage look and sound. Many people are
wondering if it needs mods since it's the Holy Grail TS808 with
the new JRC chip installed. Sure it does! If you look at the board,
it's the exact same as the TS9 and has the same "faults," if
you will. Areas that need improvement are limited bass response
that cuts so much that it appears as a huge midrange hump in the
sound. Limited Gain range...doesn't get clean enough or on the
other hand, doesn't get enough distortion. So we increase the gain
range, in gets cleaner and more distorted through the range of
the Drive Control. Also, the lack of transparency or muddiness
becomes a problem for many users. All these things are fixed with
our mods. Our approach is to give you the most out of this classic
pedal.

 TS-9 Baked Mod
This is for the guy that wants THREE times Saturation with all the
TONE!
How is that possible?! Keeley still uses the TI RC4558P in this unit.
It delivers the best performance overall. They use a very high quality
socket with gold inserts. The connection between IC and socket can
hardly be better. The drive circuit is further pushed by lowering
the resistance another notch.
The response is the same but drive is 3XXX!!! All metal film resistors
and metal film capacitors are used in the mod because they have
less noise. They raise one of the resistors that affect the input
impedance a slight bit (510k to 620k). This allows your pickups
to breathe and you have less "tone-drain" when off. They
also change the input transistor to a MPSA18 for lower noise operation.
This pedal has the Drive Control range shifted...in comparison
to a stock TS9, the drive knob goes from 4 to 14 instead of 0-10.
This pedal is designed to be used in a dual over drive setup.

 Stacked SD-1 Mod
The SD-1 has a great tone to start with, but now every component
added is of the highest quality. Metal film capacitors are used in
the to provide the smoothest midrange and high frequency components
to your tone while increasing the bass response of the pedal. Metal
film resistors are used in all of our changes to give each pedal
a consistent sound with extremely low-noise. In addition, Keeley
has improved the BOSS switching making it even closer to true-bypass!
Keeley is now stacking two TI4558P chips for much BETTER DISTORTION,
ARTICULATION, and TRANSPARENCY, while generating LESS NOISE! These
two TI chips work in parallel, mounted on top of each other and soldered
together.
All of the stock SD-1 settings are still possible throughout the
midrange of the control. Plus, none of the singing sweet midrange
tone is gone! But you will also notice that your pedal has an improved
bass response due to careful changes in the pedals design. Again
Keeley uses metal film caps to ensure the best tone possible.

 DD-3 Delay Mod
There are two parts to this mod. First, "SWITCHABLE ANALOG
FEEL" and then and EFFECTS LOOP! Players can now take the
industry standard compact delay and select between 2 different
smoothing caps that give it an analog delay feel or set it for
the stock sound! All of this via a small three way toggle switch.
We transform the Direct Out of the stock BOSS DD-3 and convert
it into an effects loop so that you can add any effect to Just
the Repeats!!! Imagine adding slight chorus or phase to the signal
so that you can simulate tape effects, warble, wobble, or any other
vintage/modern effect you can dream up! You'd be hard pressed to
find another delay pedal that gives you this amount of creativity.

 AD9 Analog Delay Mod
The reissue AD9 pedals that are out are just fantastic sounding.
They use more BBD chips than before for a better tone with less distortion
but all of that smooth fantastic analog tone we enjoy!

design potentiometer that we use for the depth and volume control

Boss makes a great Tremolo pedal, the TR-2. We have more than solved
the volume drop "problem," we've upgraded the audio circuitry
and improved the response. We also have reduced unwanted distortions
and noise. Now the pedal can even be used as a CLEAN BOOST!
